Doctors on Board

  • Provide primary health care services to underserved and remote communities through mobile medical units or camps.
  • Conduct physical examinations, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and injuries, prescribe medications, and refer patients to specialists or hospitals as needed.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, imaging, and screening for various diseases and conditions, such as tuberculosis, diabetes, hypertension, etc.

The qualifications and skills required for this job are:

  • A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.
  • A valid registration with the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in primary health care, rural health, or community health settings.

ANM/ GNM Nursing Staff

  • Assist the medical officer and other health professionals in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, prescribing medications, and referring patients to specialists or hospitals as needed.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, imaging, and screening for various diseases and conditions, such as tuberculosis, diabetes, hypertension, etc., using the equipment and supplies available in the mobile medical unit.

  • Conduct needs assessment and stakeholder analysis to identify the health and social issues and priorities of the target population and area.
  • Develop and manage CSR projects and initiatives that aim to improve the health outcomes and quality of life of the target population and area, such as providing health education, screening, prevention, treatment, and referral services, supporting health infrastructure and workforce development, promoting health equity and social justice, and fostering community engagement and empowerment.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners, such as healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies, donors, and beneficiaries, to ensure the alignment, integration, and sustainability of the CSR programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the CSR programs using appropriate indicators, methods, and tools, and prepare and disseminate reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Advocate and communicate the CSR programs and their benefits to the organization, the stakeholders, and the public, using various channels and platforms, such as social media, newsletters, webinars, etc.

Technician

  • Provide laboratory testing services to patients at their homes or other convenient locations, using portable equipment and supplies.
  • Collect, label, and analyze samples or substances, such as blood, urine, saliva, or swabs, using the correct testing procedures and equipment, such as glucometers, hemoglobin meters, rapid tests, etc.
  • Report and interpret the test results to the patients and their caregivers, and provide them with relevant information and education on their health condition, treatment, and prevention.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the referring physicians or health care providers, and send them the test results and reports electronically or by mail.
  • Maintain the quality and safety of the laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensure their proper calibration, sterilization, and storage.
  • Comply with the standards and regulations of the relevant authorities and organizations, such as the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), the Indian Association of Medical Laboratory Technologists (IAMLT), etc.
  • Participate in training, research, and evaluation activities related to home-based laboratory testing and improvement.

The qualifications and skills required for this job are:

  •  A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A valid registration or license with the State Medical Council or the IAMLT.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in laboratory testing, preferably in home-based or mobile settings.
  • A good knowledge of the common diseases and health issues in the target population and area, and the appropriate laboratory tests and procedures for them.
